Ha, I know he was just a kid; I wouldn't be as brave as he was by the time he hit Namek. I'm just saying (half jokingly) that that was his character. He was generally the kid who got in the way and had to be saved at another characters expense. This happened in the manga and ESPECIALLY in the movies.

Like I said though, I was sort of joking about it as well...

has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it.

Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****.

I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. :D
